Thais Carmen Gonzalez, 63, of Palm Bay, passed away on April 27, 2023.  The memorial service will be held in her honor on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at 1PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org/donate).

Thais Carmen Gonzalez, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 63 after a year-long battle with colorectal cancer.

Born in Havana, Cuba, Thais lived a full and vibrant life. She was a devout Roman Catholic who drew strength and solace from her faith. Thais was a woman who loved to experience new cultures, and traveling was one of her greatest passions. She was a foodie who enjoyed trying new dishes and savoring the flavors of the world.

Thais had many interests and hobbies, including salsa dancing and bowling. Her love of life was infectious, and she radiated warmth and kindness wherever she went. Her devotion to her family was unwavering. She was a loving wife, a one-of-a-kind mother to her only son Vinicio Gonzalez, and an adoring grandmother to her granddaughter Olivia Gonzalez.

Thais' spirit and generosity touched the lives of everyone she encountered, and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and community.
