Jaywana Whashauna Walker

Jaywana Walker, a mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on October 22nd, 2024, at the age of 46. She is remembered for her vibrant spirit and unwavering strength; leaving a profound impact on everyone she met with her infectious humor and warmth.

Born on August 4, 1978, in St. Augustine, FL, Jaywana's legacy lives on through her five children: Javonte Walker (31), Darius Mills Jr. (28), DeMarco Mills (26), Cyan Reed (25) and Darice Mills (22).

She also leaves, six beautiful grandchildren: Stephon Jean-Louis (6), Sophia Jean-Louis (3), Sebastian Jean-Louis (7 weeks), Darius Mills (3), Messiah Mills Ruiz (2), Darius Mills III (8 months) and a loving community of family and friends who will continue to celebrate her memory.

A Celebration honoring Jaywana's life will be held on November 2, 2024, at the African American Society in Palm Coast, from 10am - 2pm. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever inspire those who knew her.
