Jamie Lee O'Laughlin

Jamie Lee O’Laughlin, born December 2, 1982, in Melbourne Florida, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 18, 2021. Jamie, the daughter of James Munch and Janine Burley, was preceded in death by her mom, Janine Burley, Grandma Nonna, Anna Maria Burley, and Grandpa, William Munch. She is survived by her Grandma Nena, Sandra Robedeau (Larry), Grandpa, James Burley, father, James and Oritzela Munch (step-mother), fiancé, Jeffrey Miller, sisters Tonya Reidy, Joanna Lopez (Oscar), Tiffany Munch and Elizabeth Munch. Jamie also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews as well as other family and friends she loved dearly. Jamie had a unique ability to engage everyone she met and bring them into her circle of friends. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Jamie grew up in Melbourne, Florida, graduated from Bayside high school in 2001, and went on to the University of West Florida in Pensacola, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations in 2007.

Jamie loved God and going to church, where she sang in the choir. Jamie traveled the world and was very adventurous. She went skydiving, rode an elephant and played with a tiger, in Thailand. She went scuba diving with sharks in the Bahamas, dove the Blue Hole in Belize, went hand-gliding in Europe and swam with dolphins. She also loved to dance. Her favorite times were spent at the beach and with her dog, Bailey. Jamie’s favorite flowers were stargazer lilies and red roses!

Jamie was a fighter for so many years, even up to the end. She was always smiling with that beautiful smile, no matter the situation, and loved to make memories and document them through pictures and Facebook.

We will celebrate her beautiful life on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 11 AM at the Mission Church, located at 100 Emerson Dr, Palm Bay, Florida. The celebration will be shared via live stream so that those that cannot attend in person can still share this time with us. Please feel free to share a memory on Buggs Funeral Home’s website.
