Felicia Marie Gaylord

Felicia Marie Gaylord, 46, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her beloved family. She was born on February 16, 1978 in New Kensington, Pennsylvania to Karen Bohonek (Skomo) and Larry Holmes. Felicia moved to Melbourne, Florida in 2009 where she later met her late husband, William.

Felicia, a beloved soul, had a talent for bringing joy to everyone she encountered. In her leisure hours, she occupied herself with crocheting, solving puzzles, and exploring new home improvement projects. Embracing a life of simplicity, she never failed to appreciate each day. Time spent basking in the sun at the beach or unwinding in her pool brought her great pleasure. Additionally, Felicia devoted a portion of her life to serving as a registered nurse, providing care and healing to those in need. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of life in Indian Harbour Beach, FL on July 28, 2024 to pay their respects. More details about the celebration will be shared at a later date.

Surviving Felicia’s death are her three children: Ashley, Carl Jr. and Tyler; three step-children: Shavon, Eric and Shanay; two brothers: Kevin and Brad; other survivors include: four step-grandchildren (grand shorties): Niare, April, Zuri, and Shaniyah and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear and devoted friends.
